1. Acceptance and Eligibility
By using ChoicePilot, you agree to these Terms. If you use ChoicePilot on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Service Scope
ChoicePilot provides recommendation, approval, and execution workflows over connected systems. Certain features are plan-gated and may be in proposal or draft mode by design.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for:
- maintaining account credential confidentiality
- restricting unauthorized access to your workspace
- promptly notifying us of suspected compromise
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- use the service in compliance with law and provider terms
- configure integrations and policies responsibly
- review and approve actions where required by your workflow settings
- avoid prohibited use described in the Acceptable Use Policy
5. Third-Party Integrations
ChoicePilot integrates with third-party services you authorize. Your use of those services is governed by your agreements with those providers.
6. Fees and Billing
Paid plans are billed according to your selected subscription terms. Taxes, overages, and refunds are governed by your order form or billing terms in effect at purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
ChoicePilot retains all rights in the platform, software, and documentation. You retain rights in your data and content.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will protect confidential information of the other and use it only for authorized purposes.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months for the affected services.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, legal risk, or security abuse. You may stop using the service at any time.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Updated versions are effective when posted unless a later date is stated.
13. Governing Law
Governing law and venue are defined in your order form or enterprise agreement when applicable.
