This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to all ChoicePilot users and connected workspaces.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use ChoicePilot to:
- violate law or third-party rights
- distribute malware or conduct phishing/fraud
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or credentials
- scrape or exfiltrate data beyond authorized scope
- interfere with service integrity or availability
2. Automation Safety
You must not configure automations that intentionally:
- send deceptive or unlawful communications
- bypass required approvals in regulated workflows
- execute high-risk actions without proper organizational controls
3. AI and Content Use
You are responsible for outputs and actions approved or executed through your workspace. You must review high-impact actions and maintain human oversight where required by law or policy.
4. Security Compliance
You must maintain reasonable endpoint and credential security practices. Shared credentials, token leakage, and credential resale are prohibited.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate accounts for severe or repeated abuse.
6. Reporting Abuse
Report violations to security@choicepilot.online.
